What can I return?
You may return any item that has a manufacturing defect but is unused and in new condition. All customers are required to make a full package opening video (without any cuts/pauses) to claim any return for manufacturing defect. Any claim without the video won't be entertained. Accessories, Customised styles and Stitched Blouses are not returnable.
Can I return products purchased during Sale/Discounts?
Products purchased during or on Sale will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects. Accessories, Customised styles and Stitched Blouses are not returnable.
Who Pay for Shipping?
When the Items returned due to sizing issues (definitive sizing information is posted on the site) required you to pay for dispatch and return item(s) to us, with an additional charge(s) of 30 USD for per product as a restocking fee(s).
When will I get my refund?
We will gladly Exchange or give Store Credit. Sorry no Refunds.
